The truth about anger and its consequence is often not pleasing and inviting to anyone, But oftentimes, many fall victim of anger. Anger indeed lies in the bosom of fools. The statement is true in all respect and facets. Uncontrolled anger do not yield any fruitful result, rather it destroys.

Let us quickly distinguish between anger and passion. Anger is an outburst of emotion that is due to a feeling of unfairness or bad event. Passion is a very strong feeling of love, hatred, anger, enthusiasm and so on. There are times when we are are angry and not passionate in the state of anger. Passionate anger often times, leads to sin. Be angry but do not sin. Anger oftentimes can be controlled, if we can stop it from getting to the passion.

Many homes have become victims of the consequence of anger which is not controlled and have become full fledged passion. Anger is not bad in itself but must be controlled and channelled properly to constructive and not destructive activities. Every human being with blood in his or her veins, is susceptible to anger. It is however not abnormal to be angry but it becomes foolish when you allow you anger to cause you to sin and it gradually beclouds your sense of judgments and decision making. The decision and choices you make when you are angry will follow the course of other choices that you have made in life. These choices can not be excused away, saying 'I was angry when I said that or did that'. You have to live with the choices you make, angry or not.

This is the reason for a lot of caution to be taken and a lot of control has to be put in place to address anger and to minimize and ultimately mitigate the effect it has on our relationships and daily choices. Do not make anger your personality, remember that it is an action just like eating, sleeping, reading and other actions that take place daily. It is also an emotion just like joy, peace, love and so on. It must come and go and it is an energy that must be controlled and not allowed to blow out of proportion.

Many individuals have several reasons for being in the state of anger. The first question you should ask yourself is, why am I angry? Properly analyse this question and by the time you are done, your energy would have been redirected to a solution, rather than a problem. Try it!
