Praise be unto our God - the Ultimate Leader, who makes us to triumph in Christ Jesus! Indeed, we are who we are today because of Him and by Him; and surely, we will only become greater and more effective by Him. It does not really matter whether you are a Traditional Ruler or a State Governor or the Chairman of a Board of trustees; it is God (the Ruler of the Kings of the earth) who has put you there - and Him alone can sustain you! "For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him." (Colossians 1:16). Therefore, we have got no reason to become abusive leaders and arrogant - since all that we are is God's doing and all that we will become, will be God's doing.

Your current position in your family, workplace, state and nation notwithsatnding; you can become a great leader in your world. Do you know why? It is God who creates all things - whether throne (position) or dominion (influence); hence, your leadership destiny is hid safely in God.

It does not matter whether you are currently a Caterer or a Carpenter or a Counselor; you can become the leader you were destined! It does not really matter whether you have strong connections among men: For when God wanted to make Joseph the Prime Minister of Egypt (the then world power) from the prison; human connections was irrelevant - as his status was changed by God "suddenly". Therefore, do not commit all your life to seeking to please men around; lobbying for positions and recognition; rather, seek the right counsel from the Lord and He will guide your path unto your leadership destiny.

I welcome you to tis leadership rediscovery series; but in case there are some perceivable lapses here and there; do not lose your mind because of them: For your people need your calm and collected mind even at this state. Actually, this series is not for the leadership GURUS out there; rather, for men and women with a leadership destiny, but are no where around it.

What I meant is this, "I am not writing this because of the people who are leading organizations and people at various levels with extraordinary results; rather, for the people all around the world, who once had a dream of becoming great and relevant in their world; but are in various fields of life, pursuing other mundane things. This series is for men and women with tremendous technical skills and proficiency in their chosen or suggested\imposed professions.
